Set up by China Metallurgical Geology Bureau(CMGB) and its three affiliated bureaus, The First Branch Bureau, Shandong Branch Bureau and Zhongnan Branch Bureau together in 2005, ZIMC was registered in No. 36? Chuangye middle road Haidian District of Beijing, with registered capital of 125.71million Yuan(RMB), in which CMGB invests 95,707,500 Yuan, accounts for 76.15% of the registered capital, the First Branch Bureau, Shandong Branch Bureau and Zhongnan Branch Bureau invests respectively 10,000,000 Yuan, accounts for the registered capital separately 7.95%.

        We have the solid mineral exploration, the hydrology geology, the engineering geology and the environment geological survey, the geophysics survey, the geochemistry survey, the exploration project construction intelligence, the ore appraisal and the ore test, and election and smelting processing experiment qualification.

        In 2006, we have obtained the ISO9001:2000, ISO14001:2004, OHSAS18001:1999 Trinity management system authentication.

        We are engaged in the geological minerals exploration, the environment geology exploration, the domestic and overseas geological minerals exploration, technical development and transfer, import and export agent.

        To develop the verified mineral resources, we execute the exploration and exploitation integratively.

        We presently are the controlling shareholder of a company- - Altai Zhengyuan International Mining Company Ltd. (ZIMC ’shares account for 44.5%, Shandong Branch Bureau under CMGB account for 17.0%,? Zhaojin Group occupies 38.5% stockholder's rights), which is mainly engaged in developing a gold mine in Xinjiang.

        Shawan Zhengyuan International Mining Company Ltd. (ZIMC ’shares account for 60%) is in the course of establishment, plans to carry on the exploitation of a coal mine in Xinjiang.

        There are dozens of prospecting right of copper, gold, iron, lead zinc, coal etc. in provinces such as Xinjiang(autonomous region), Sichuan, Yunnan and etc. under our control.
